Re: Uninstall BSM

Hi Adr,

the tool obviously relies on BSM being installed, as it performs this step at the line of failure:
 result = WshShell.Run(TopazHome & "\bin\sync-stop-bsm.bat ", 0, True)

So the tool cannot be used, unfortunately.
This leaves you with manually deleting each and every trace of BSM on the box, like folders, and registrxy entries and alike.
You also can remove the offending statements from the .vbs files and see how far you can get (it will for sure fail at other locations as well), which also would be a highly manual process, but it could succeeed and would be more robust then doing it "by hand", especially when looking at the packages which need to be uninstalled.
If you cannot get rid of the final traces, your last resort is to reinstall the OS to get a clean environment.
If you are running in a virtual environment, this could be by far the fastest solution.

Greetings
Siggi
