while I cannot find this documented at the moment, I think I recall that we always support the minimum version specified
for example for 9.20 we had
Oracle 10.2 (10.2.0.5 or higher component specific release number 10.2.0.X) Enterprise Edition for example 10.2.5.1)
and also support all minor minor version updates.
For example Oracle 12c, when released, was version 12.1.0.0,
lateron 12c 12.1.0.1 and 12.1.0.2 was released.
So it's my understanding that 12.1.0.1 and 12.1.0.2 is supported as well.
