what BSM version do you use?
Do you see the same issue when you generate the reports online, or does it only happen for scheduled reports?
You mention that you use customized RUM / BPM reports, do the out of the box reports work fine?
If it only happens for scheduled reports, give it a try with this configuration change:
Go to BSM -> Admin -> Platform -> Infrastructure Settings
Foundations : Scheduled Reports
In the entry "PDF creator"
change the setting (the default most likely is PD4ML) to IceBrowser,
if it's IceBrowser, change it to PD4ML.
Then try again.
