Dang, I didn't read the initial post good enough, you stated that you already tried with Mozilla Firefox.

I actually found an CR on that:
 QCCR1I97237 Merge 9.24 features to 9.25: can't open LDAP wizard page
but this was fixed in the release version of BSM 9.25 already
