Hi Kiran,
I personally woulnd't be too concerned if the uninstaller's only issue that the struggles with the shortcut files.
I worked on many installations which were officially unsuccessful because the shortcuts couldn't be created,
and all what was required was to run a .bat file to create them.
You either can manually delete them, or, if you wanna be on the 100% safe side,
use the BSM Uninstall Tool via
BAC_00898 - BSM 9.2x Uninstall tool for Windows
(https://softwaresupport.hpe.com/km/KM01938417)
To run the tool, download the patch for the operating system BSM runs on, then
1. Extract the "BSM 9.2x Uninstall Tool" zip file locally on the BSM machine you want to clean.
2. Follow the instructions from the Readme file
3. Reboot the machine
Only run it if not other products like SiteScope, BPM, RUM or alike are installed on that box.
Greetings
Siggi
