Hi Shiva,,

this

is something I haven't seen before, you might wanna open a support case to have this analysed, that's nothing we can do on the fly in the forum.

> Regarding BSM profiledb i have applied the 2 years data retention setting
Ok

There is a lot going on behind the scenes.
PM can only delete data on a native partion basis.
As soon as the newest data in the oldest partion is older than 2 years, PM will drop it.
If you have all data in one partition, PM will need to wait for the next 2 years to be able to delete the data.
Whatever the current setup is, PM will only run once oan hour, so it will take at least that amount of time.
You can check the PM logs on the DPS to find out whether or not it was able to change native partitions to HIDDEN.
Only those hideen partitions will be deleted in the next run.

If you suffer from the worst case scenario, then you only option is to set the Keep Data for period to a really small value, like 7 days. THen in seven dsays all older data will be gone, but this of cours eimplies that you basically loose all historic data.

Greetings
Siggi
