what are you looking for in <HPBSM>\conf\TopazInfra.ini??
Yes, I know, support checks this file 5 times during a WebEx session, but it's simply the file BSM uses as entry point to access the BSM management database (and some other stuff).
Beside of the why:
access is limited to SYSTEM and Administrators,
so a "normal" administrator you should have all permissions to access that file.
If you change the file and make a mistake, there is a good chance the BSM doesn't come up the next time anymore ;-)
